The ever-increasing number of legal marijuana markets has led to an overwhelming – and often confusing – number of products and strains; from cannabis to concentrates to edibles and more. That creates a situation where budtenders spend an inordinate amount of time guiding curious newbies, while knowledgeable repeat customers end up waiting online. Leafly has created a pickup system to solve consumers’ and businesses’ needs, and had to get businesses trained on the system.

Leafly Pickup is an ordering portal that allows consumers to reserve product online, then skip the line when they come in to buy. But this user friendly system’s original training documentation read more like a technical specification document.
